Neal Land & Neighborhoods, a master-planned neighborhood developer in Manatee and Sarasota counties, has added Christopher Wand to its land improvement group.

In his position as land improvement supervisor, Wand will handle and coordinate day-to-day website improvement, primarily at North River Ranch, working intently with website contractors, subcontractors, service utilities, engineers, website planners and panorama architects for neighborhood infrastructure.

Wand has over eight years of building and undertaking administration expertise with a concentrate on scheduling, budgeting and customer support. He’s nicely versed in managing contract phrases and situations, in addition to implementing normal follow undertaking administration techniques.

Wand’s undertaking portfolio contains a number of single-family and multifamily initiatives throughout Florida, like Oasis at Highwoods Protect and Laurel Highlands.

He’s a graduate of the College of Central Florida.
