
The Lenawee Conservation District is in search of non-public Monroe County land for the Division of Pure Sources’ Searching Entry Program.
Landowners who enroll their land in this system enable searching on the property and obtain cost to be used of the property. Enrollment is open by means of Sept. 1.
Landowners will need to have at the very least 40 acres of land with some wildlife habitat, reminiscent of a forest, brush or wetland.
The Searching Entry Program started in 1977 and goals to “improve public searching alternatives in areas with restricted public land,” the Lenawee Conservation District mentioned.
