Twitch Realty, established in 2017, provides a unique platform for real estate and commercial property investors and retail syndicators to access underwriting models, capitalization rate breakdowns, and zoning hazard audits. The following Terms of Service outline the rules and guidelines for using our services.

Intellectual Property: All content, including underwriting models, capitalization rate breakdowns, and zoning hazard audits, is the exclusive property of Twitch Realty and is protected by copyright laws. Users agree not to reproduce, distribute, or display any content without prior written permission from Twitch Realty.
2. Copyright Protection: Users acknowledge that all content is protected by copyright laws and agree not to infringe on these rights. Any unauthorized use of Twitch Realty’s content may result in legal action.

7. Governing Law: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of incorporation of Twitch Realty.
8. Entire Agreement: These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between Twitch Realty and its users and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.

By using Twitch Realty’s services, users acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
