Dubai Land Residence Complex (DLRC) now features Elvora, Zoya Developments’ latest residential initiative, marking the company’s broader push into Dubai’s rising residential neighborhoods.
The project was presented at a launch event in Abu Dhabi, attended by investors and industry representatives, including First Prime Properties, Elvora’s executive channel partner.
Elvora’s launch comes as Zoya Developments’ portfolio of launched and pipeline projects has grown to over $327 million (AED 1.2 billion), following the company’s entry into Dubai’s property market two years ago.
Dubai Land Residence Complex remains one of the developer’s principal areas of activity, alongside Dubai South, with a focus on locations with improving transport connectivity and long-term residential demand.
The community provides connections to Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Road and Dubai–Al Ain Road, allowing access to employment, education, retail, and leisure destinations across Dubai.
Nearby destinations include Dubai Academic City, Dubai Outlet Mall, Global Village, and IMG Worlds of Adventure, with road connections to Downtown Dubai, Dubai Mall, Dubai Marina, and Al Maktoum International Airport.
The new residential development will incorporate a range of indoor and outdoor amenities, including an infinity swimming pool, barbecue area, children’s play area, rooftop lounge, yoga centre, outdoor theatre, and gym.
Zoya Developments is also planning to integrate products and smart home technologies from international brands, including Siemens, Alexa, VitrA, and GROHE, as part of its approach to residential design.
This approach combines connected home systems with shared amenities and access to surrounding urban infrastructure, with the Elvora announcement adding another development to Zoya’s expanding Dubai portfolio.
With over 10 projects launched in the past two years, Zoya Developments continues to target residential opportunities in Dubai Land Residence Complex and Dubai South, progressing developments from launch towards construction.
