Aldar Properties has unveiled Saadiyat Grove, a new luxury retail and fine-dining destination on Saadiyat Island. Set to open in Q4 2025, the project will feature over 100 global brands and 20 new-to-region concepts, including Momofuku and an Alain Ducasse Café.

Situated in the Saadiyat Cultural District, the development is nestled between the Zayed National Museum, Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, and Louvre Abu Dhabi. Beyond retail, Saadiyat Grove will encompass luxury hotels, wellness centers, premium offices, and over 1,000 residential homes across three branded developments.

Notable amenities include the Saadiyat Forum, a 7,000-square-metre cultural and hospitality hub, and a 2,000-square-metre gym operated by BXR. Additionally, a 2,200-square-metre executive club will provide private offices, boardrooms, and member lounges with concierge services.

According to Talal Al Dhiyebi, Aldar‘s group CEO, the project aims to boost Abu Dhabi’s economy by attracting investment, increasing visitor spending, and creating jobs. It aligns with Abu Dhabi’s strategy to establish Saadiyat Island as a cultural and tourism hub.

Aldar’s recent launch of Sei Saadiyat, a 778-home development focused on wellness, complements Saadiyat Grove. The company’s Dh71.6 billion development backlog, with Dh59.9 billion in the UAE, is projected to drive revenue over the next two to three years.
