Mario Tucci has secured the elite Titanium tier for a fifth straight financial year, marking the first time an Australian consultant has achieved this distinction in the 2026-27 cycle. The award recognizes a rare combination of sales volume, client loyalty and consistent performance that only a handful of agents manage to maintain year after year.
The designation is limited to the top two percent of sales consultants and property managers throughout Australasia, recognizing consistently high transaction volumes and client satisfaction.
Track record and market leadership
Mario Tucci was named Victoria’s leading real-estate agent in both 2025 and 2026, and he has topped national auction listings for the past three years, according to internal rankings released by his firm. Those accolades place him ahead of dozens of peers who compete for the same high-profile listings across the state.
“Achieving Titanium for the fifth consecutive year is a great validation of that approach,” the consultant said, emphasizing the role of relationship-driven tactics that prioritize client needs over short-term gains.
Approach and client focus
He attributes his success to a regimen of regular phone outreach, in-person meetings and meticulous negotiation tailored to each client, rejecting shortcuts that might undermine trust. By scheduling weekly check-ins and preparing detailed market analyses for every listing, he ensures that buyers and sellers receive the most up-to-date information.
He notes that while technology streamlines paperwork, the core of real-estate work remains human interaction, requiring “time, energy and a lot of mental effort.” The consultant adds that digital tools serve only as a supplement to the personal connections that drive repeat business.
Tony Lombardi, executive director and auctioneer at Harcourts Rata & Co, highlighted Tucci’s willingness to adapt, describing his drive as “relentless hunger to perform, improve and achieve more.” The executive praised the consultant’s ability to adjust strategies quickly when market sentiment shifts.
Company view and future motivation
Adam Fiteni, CEO of Harcourts Victoria, called the five-year streak an “outstanding accomplishment,” noting that it reflects both results and a strong work ethic across the network. He explained that such performance sets a benchmark for other agents within the organization.
Tucci explained that his priorities have shifted, with family now central to his ambition, stating he wants to “keep improving, keep achieving and make the most of the opportunities I’ve created through this career, particularly for my family.” The consultant said that balancing professional goals with personal responsibilities has become a guiding principle for his future plans.
